Open a ticket for whitelist issues, account problems, bugs, or moderation questions. Staff and helpers monitor these channels during active hours.
Modpack help
Get help with installs, recipes, and mod questions from people who actually play the pack. Useful when the wiki does not answer something specific.
Voice chat
Hop in voice while you play or when you need to troubleshoot something together. Several lounge channels are open most evenings.
